Terms and Conditions

All returns must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Any returns receied after 7 days will receive store credit only. No returns & refunds after 14 days of receipt of shipment.
Returns without prior authorization/RMA # will not be accepted & refunded. RMA NUMBER: No returns will be accepted without RMA number.

Merchandise Conditions: All item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all tags attached. Damaged by shipping: If an item is damaged through shipping, we will gladly replace it provided you furnish us with information from the carrier documenting the damage. After contacting us about the damage, simply send back the damaged merchandise, along with the documentation from the carrier and we will send you a replacement item at no extra charge as quickly as possible. Reshipping Cancelled orders and Refused Orders: All refused/returned orders will result in a 25% restocking charge, plus shipping costs - shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Charge: No refund of shipping charge. Return Procedures: Include the original invoice or packing slip - Include the RMA# - which must be visible on the shipping box. DO NOT write onto the merchandise packaging - wrap items securely in either our shipping container or a similar one; tape closed. - For your protection, we recommend you get a receipt from the shipper/mailer and insure your package for the amount of value. Exchange Size(s): Follow the Return Procedures (see above) - Merchandise must be in the same condition as received - shipping charges will be billed to you via same method as original purchase - please email us the correct size or write the corrrect size onto the packing slip - DO NOT write on the item being returned - once shipping payment processes, the item in the correct size will be mailed to you.

Failure to follow instructions above, will result in non-processing of your returned item.
